Phew! We have come so far.
Divine Events, LLC was founded in 2007 and focused on events for moms and moms-to-be in the local Tampa Bay area. Since then, Divine Moms has been working diligently to bring you all the best resources and information available. We are now reaching local moms and some that are not-so local and are loving every minute of it. Here is an interview from Jess and myself that summarizes what Divine Moms is all about. What we stand for. The oh so Divine Tina, from Howie Mac photo, inerviewed us pre-photo shoot to get to know us a little better. Although Jess and I were interviewed seprarately….our answers were so similar, it was scary good! We decided this is the best representation of Divine. The REAL and RAW us. Enjoy.
Jess’s Interview:
T:What does Divine mean to you?
J: Divine is connecting with other moms. As moms, we are frequently being asked for advice and we have a passion about sharing with other moms. Divine is sharing in motherhood simple as that.
T: Why did you get involved in Divine?
J: To share, share, share!! Divine is a great outlet to reach so many wonderful moms. And, it is a creative outlet for us.
T:Other than the word “Divine”, what one word do you think describes it?
J: I can’t think of just one word. Everything that is the power, the emotion and the experiences of motherhood.
T: Describe what being a mom means to you.
J: OMG! This is hard! Everything. I never truly knew what worry felt like until I became a mom, I didn’t know my heart could have the capacity to love another human being (besides my husband) like I love my kids. Motherhood is such a special love: innate, unending, encompassing, overwhelming, fun, demanding, amazing, life changing, priceless.
Aly’s Interview:
T: What does Divine mean to you?
A: Divine holds and will always hold a very special place in my heart. Divine was started when I became a mom and it is about the sweetness of it all. It brings me back to my sharing and teaching days. My two favorite things to do…share and teach!
T: Why did you get involved in Divine?
A: I became a mom! Your whole world changes and you want to connect with others like you. You want to tell them “it is all going to be amazing and it will all be worth it!”
T: Other than the word “Divine”, what one word do you think describes it?
A: I have three: Share (especially the bloopers!), Connect, Teach
T: Describe what being a mom means to you.
A: Motherhood makes me tick. My girls and my husband are my everything. The most exhausting and rewarding job I will EVER have. That is one thing I am sure of!
